Can't install electronic astrologer, new computer, company out of business, can't use serial #, help?

i bought software program from ACS software and they are out of business. I want to install my astro program on my new computer but there now is not website available to registar with and type in serial numbers so that the program can be installed legally. Can anyone help me get this program installed on my computer?
