Mane n Tail and curls. PLEASE HELP?

I love mane n tail shampoo and conditoiner and I was wondering does it really make your hair grow faster. Can you use it everyday and how do you lke it. Also I have thick hair just below my shoulders. How do you do vintage style curls overnight with no heat. Please dont say braids. And if you say a bun what kind of bun. THANKYOU.
