Can a single wild Cheating , emotionaly closed up man be rehabilited into a trusted family man? Cont?

We have come such a far way from who he used to be, he now introduces me as "the wife". He never had that before, a woman who cares about him and does alot for him, and he says that he is here because I am so good to him. He works hard at his job, comes home to dinner ready, laundry done, house clean...everything a man wants in a woman is right here..I give him WHATEVER he wants. My concern is that his past still freaks me out and makes me wonder if he will get board over time? Meanwhile let me state that he stayed single for MANY years because he wasnt sure he COULD be ina relationship because he wasnt good at expressing love or showing feelings..he has REALLY come along way in expressing love back to me. He learned ALOT from me. I should also tell you he is 35 years old. I am looking for marriage in the futrue...do you think I am wasting my time, being so patient, giving and trusting?
