How to prepared crispy but not fried oysters?

I bought a jar of oysters. I want to make them crispy but do not want to fry them because it's too fattening. I thought if I dip the oysters in egg wash, coat them in panko crumbs and then baked them, with a slight spraying of oil, it might work? What do you think? Or do you have a better idea?
