I'm a PFC in the Army and i'm almost done with AIT. My ERB says 0173INCBT TM REPL DET. What's that mean?

I'm at Fort Gordon and I graduate in June. My AKO says i'm going to bamberg, germany and i know it's the 173rd. I would like a little more detail into what is going to happen and where i am going.
