How is the best way for us to help our bipolar teenager?

Give her space. Some parents go crazy when they find out there is something wrong with their child and try and shelter them from everything. Please don't do that. Also, talk with her or try to as much as you can that way she can open up to you when she feels bad or whatever. Also, DON"T LIE About anything!
