Why can't I sing some high notes and by the description what vocal range do you think I am?

I am 14 and I can't sing some high notes. I think I am mezzo-soprano but realy I don't know. I can sing The Band Perry, Selena gomez,Lady gaga, Miley cyrus,chris brown,bruno mars. and some other songs good but I can't sing all the high notes. Help me pls.
